CLS Sportswear Affiliate Program Application & Terms
The CLS Sportswear Affiliate Program is an exclusive membership to the utmost elite CLS supporters who are influencers in their community and are passionately engaged. CLS embraces every individual in the journey towards a healthy lifestyle while boosting their confidence, regardless of their fitness level. At CLS we have a passion for what we do and are looking for loyal brand affiliates who appreciate the quality of our products. Please see our “About Us” section for CLS Sportswear company details. If you are already working with, are affiliated with, or promoting a sportswear apparel company which carries the same line of products as CLS, you are not eligible for this program.
Short Description of the CLS Affiliate Program:
1. Commission is 10% of a net sale, meaning only product pricing goes towards your commission. Taxes, shipping, or any other fees are not part of your paid commission. When a follower uses your code or affiliate link, you will receive 10% commission of that sale.
2. Your affiliate link or code can be shared on your own page, blog, social media, or simply by word of mouth. Take great photos or workout videos as good quality content tends increase interest and traffic.
3. Post wearing CLS apparel a minimum four (04) times a month through clean, crisp and clear content. These can be photos or videos or a combination of both.
4. The better the content you provide the more chances for increased sales/commission. Do not tag us in other clothing brand pictures
5. Do not add your code/affiliate link to any 3rd party coupon sites. The code is for YOUR followers and not to be published outside of your influential or online social circle.
6. Do not comment with your code/link on any of CLS Sportswear’s social media and do not refer users to your site/social media account and any CLS Sportswear channel.
7. Codes cannot be used to receive both discount and commission on your own personal orders. Codes may not be combined.
8. You are to behave ethically and appropriately when wearing CLS products for promotion.
9. Customer returned, cancelled, or refunded orders will be discounted from commission.
For a sale to generate a commission to a Brand Affiliate, the customer must successfully complete a purchase of CLS Sportswear products through the website using a unique code or link designated to You. CLS Sportswear will not be responsible for commissions not clearly attributable to the affiliate via the exclusive code or link outlined herein. It is the responsibility of the Ambassador to become familiar with the CLS Sportswear website, the products you promote, our fabrics, and our FAQ & Return Policy page.
Selling outside of the clssportswear.com shopping cart is strictly prohibited including but not limited to websites such as Amazon.com, Ebay.com, Craigslist.com, etc. or any online retailer, distributor, coupon code site, blog site or website store front. Using “CLS Sportswear” in any domain name is strictly prohibited. If you notice the unauthorized presence of the CLS name or CLS Sportswear generated content on social media or any type of infringement, we as you to please inform CLS Sportswear of such activity.
As a Brand Affiliate, you are asked to share your opinion of CLS Sportswear and why you like our products. You are strictly prohibited from making any claim not approved by CLS Sportswear. You may not recommend, communicate or advise using CLS Sportswear products as a body enhancing apparel or promise it will enhance any body part. You are encouraged to highlight the features of CLS Sportswear products including:
- CLS Sportswear’s products use high quality fabrics and are handmade.
- CLS Sportswear’s products help accentuate the natural curves of women.
- CLS Sportswear’s products are hand-made in United States by professional seamstresses.
- CLS Sportswear’s takes pride in attention to detail and superior finish.
CLS Sportswear has the right to delete or hide any post made on our channels as unacceptable and can immediately terminate this agreement. Select affiliates or ambassadors warrant that the content provided to CLS or posted on social media under this Agreement is not licensed from a third party, is an original work(s) created and is owned by the select affiliate/ambassador. It is understood and agreed that CLS Sportswear has your consent to use this content.
CLS Sportswear will not be liable (whether in contract or based on warranty, negligence, tort, strict liability or otherwise) for indirect, special, exemplary, consequential or incidental damages, or any loss of revenue, profits or data, arising in connection with this agreement.
COMMISSION PAY
Depending on the amount, you will be paid earned Commissions on a quarterly basis. You are responsible for all tax obligations, if any, due to all taxing authorities arising from or in connection with your participation in the Brand Affiliate Program. If you earn a considerable amount, CLS may request that you complete an IRS W-9 form for tax purposes if you reside in the United States.
Your designation as a CLS Sportswear Affiliate will only be valid upon the acceptance and approval of your application by CLS Sportswear. If selected, duration of this agreement is on a month to month basis. CLS Sportswear can terminate this Agreement at any time without cause or by violation of any of the terms.
