Recipient will receive an email to the email address you specify. The email will show the value (USD) of the gift card along with the gift card code. Gift card codes can be used online only. Gift cards are non-refundable.
If the recipient does not receive an email from us, it is likely due to email filters with their provider. You can obtain the gift card code yourself by logging on and clicking on “My Account” → “Orders” → “View” (orders will be listed). Click the order containing the gift card purchase where you will find the gift card code. You can copy and paste the code and directly provide it or email it to the recipient.
